From central Hovden there are marked trails to the nearby summits. The 858-metre Otrosåsen is one of those.
Enjoy the view of Hovden and the surrounding mountains to the east and west. This is a great family hike,
also suitable for young children. The path is mainly flat on gravel road to the lake Røyrtjønn, then uphill to the
summit. The trip is also possible with bike or pram. Brakes on the pram are recommended, as there are two
steep slopes. The round trip takes 1–2 hours. The summit awaits you with a stone cairn and a guest book. Feel
